    Caregiver Connections is a drop-in support group that meets online every second and fourth Tuesday of the month, from 1:30 to 3 pm. The purpose of this group is to provide a format for sharing common experiences and for supporting one another along the difficult path of caregiving. Caregivers Connections groups are open to all family caregivers in our community regardless of type of illness or prognosis.

    Six-week class meets weekly on Thursdays from 2pm to 4 pm. Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an educational program designed to help family caregivers. Through this program you will learn how to take care of yourself while caring for a relative or friend whether you are helping a parent, spouse or friend who lives at home, in a nursing home or across the country.
